This department manages the audiovisual spaces and equipment necessary for hosting institutional events organized by administrators, faculty, students, parents, and the broader educational community. The department processes requests to reserve screening and meeting rooms, as well as equipment and technical advice on sound systems. The unit also provides public address (PA) system services and assists faculty with connecting and operating equipment used in their classes. Please note that the corresponding form must be completed for any type of equipment loan. To schedule training sessions and large-scale activities, submit a request via email to the administration with a copy sent to the educational support staff.
