This unit oversees the management of the spaces and audiovisual equipment needed to carry out institutional events planned by directors, professors, students, parents, and the educational community. It oversees requests for screening rooms, meeting rooms and equipment, and provides technical advice on sound systems. It also provides loudspeaker services and assistance to professors regarding the connection and management of the equipment used in their classes. It should be noted that for each type of service it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form, but for the planning of training and macro-activities it is required to send a request by e-mail to the Administration with a copy to the Educational Aids Division.
