Loan conditions
- Teachers, trainee teachers and staff members request the material by filling out a required form.
- The storekeeper delivers the inventoried material, so it must be returned at the end of the activity, leaving a record on a form designed.
- Students will request the material during the first break, providing their ID, and must return it to the employee before the end of the second break, providing the ID again to register it. The loan of items such as balls, ribbons, rackets, balls, among others, which must be returned in the state in which they were given.
